We receive fresh raw milk daily from Georgia farms like Southern Swiss Dairy that use only natural farming techniques and never use hormone or antibiotic treatments on the herds. We vat pasteurize the milk in small batches at lower temperatures (vs. the way commercial dairies pasteurize at higher temperatures). Our method allows the natural flavor and quality of the milk to shine favorably, so you taste the difference.
