This fantastic, No Fail AtlantaFresh smoothie recipe is your go-to for holiday brunch. Adjust the ratio of yogurt to cranberry sauce to give you total control over sugar grams, as you make-to-order for guests! Use Whole Foods Market 365 brand cranberry sauce with No Corn Syrup, or use your own. A lower sugar smoothie or a tarted up sweet treat. Your choice! Here’s the basic (flexible) recipe.
Quart of AtlantaFresh Plain Greek Yogurt
Organic Spiced Apple Cider or just fresh apple cider with No Added Sugar (we use organic fresh from local Mercier Orchards. Find your local cider maker!)
Pour 1/2 cup cider into blender first
Then add 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
then add 1 1/2 cups yogurt
Blend until smooth.
Tast and adjust sweetness by adding more yogurt if too sweet. More cranberry sauce if not sweet enough.
Pour in glass over ice. Stir for 3-5 minutes to chill. Remove ice and serve with a straw!
