AtlantaFresh Launches “Out of This World” New Yogurt Flavor
AtlantaFresh Artisan Creamery announces the launch of its newest artisan Greek yogurt
flavor, adding to its distinguished line of funky and unusual flavors.
A deep, rich, full-flavored chocolate with hints of cinnamon and ancho chili, inspired by the
famous chocolate beverages prepared by the ancient Mayans of Central Mexico.

The product was launched this week in the Atlanta metro area, and for the next 90 days,
will be available only at all Whole Foods Markets throughout the city and the AtlantaFresh
Creamery Company Store.
The Flavor You Asked For
“We talk to our customers all the time at store demos and farmers’ markets, and far and away
the most frequently requested new item has been a chocolate yogurt,” says AtlantaFresh Big
Cheese Ron Marks. “Once we started developing the recipe in our test kitchen, we found that
the addition of cinnamon and chilis helped balance the yogurt’s tanginess and the rich, big
flavor of the chocolate. And besides that, it tastes really killer! The chilis don’t make it spicyhot,
but after you eat a container of it, they combine with the cinnamon to leave you warm,
glowing, and wanting more.”

It’s hard to believe that something this chocolaty and decadent is good for you too. Chocolate
Rocket is a 2% low-fat Grade A Greek yogurt with 200 calories, 12 grams of protein and only
3 grams of fat in a 6-ounce container. Like all other AtlantaFresh yogurt products, it is made
with local Georgia milk from Johnston Family Farms and quickly delivered to market to bring
the customer a “farm to table” ultra-fresh Greek yogurt full of probiotic activity.
